CPR – Construction Project Rescue
Is your construction project at a standstill or worse upside down and it needs resuscitated? Are you filled with anxiety and about to have a heart attack because you do not know or understand the next steps or who to turn to? Danto Builders offers CPR, Construction Project Rescue.
We have received calls from clients who have been in a bind / in trouble or confused about the development, design, permitting and / or construction of their project? There are many moving parts to these steps and we have the team to help you rescue your project whether you just acquired a piece of property and want to develop it; can’t get a permit approved; can’t get inspections completed and approved; or the worst, you hired a general contractor and they took your money and have not completed the work.
We have an initial conversation over the phone to understand your situation and what we may have to do. The next step is to gather all information that we can prior to meeting with you so that we can discuss the process and what needs to be done. Once you understand and agree to what needs to be accomplished, we will generate an Agreement that addresses the Scope of Work, and terms and conditions of our arrangement to complete the work. Once the Agreement is signed, a schedule will be reviewed and work will commence. Daily reports and required paperwork will also be completed on a timely basis.
